Usage

ZY series Vertical Mill is suitable for  grinding all kinds of non-metallic and metallic minerals such as limestone, lime,calcite, bentonite, pyrophyllite, pulverized coal, phosphate ore, lithium slag, industrial waste residue from the new energy sector, clean pulverized coal, heavy calcium carbonate, coal gangue (for reuse), and lepidolite—as well as for the recovery and treatment of industrial waste.

VRM Series Vertical Roller Mill Working theory

The Vertical Roller Mill is composed of roller assemblies,grinding disc assemblies,hydraulic power unit, transmission arm assemblies, air classifier,main reduction gear, electric motor, lubrication station, electrical control cabinet,etc. When working,material enters through the feed inlet and falls into the center of the grinding table(disc). As it moves into the grinding area, it is crushed  from the crushing force of the grinding rollers; large pieces are crushed directly, while finer particles are compressed into a material bed, where they undergo inter-particle grinding. The grinded materials moves to the side of the grinding disc continiously  until be broght by the high flow from the fenghuan,  the qualified final powder with the flow enter into the pipeline system and are collected by the jet bag dust , while the unqualified particles falls into the grinding table disc to be regrinded.
