R series Pendulum Pulverizer (Grinding Mill) Production

R series product is a improved pendulum mill which can produce two type of powders , that is 20 mesh of coarse powder and the 325 mesh of fine powder through adding special devices, according to the market demand and on the basis of the technology and practice of traditional pendulum mill. Through the configuration of pulse dust collector, the system is environmental and pollution-free; By frequency conversion control equipped, the operation efficiency of each module and the whole system is improved.

Suitable for  materials     

Limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, pyroxene, quartz, sodium bentonite, calcium bentonite, bauxite, marble, feldspar, phosphate rock, coal powder, clay, kaolin, wollite, lime, alumina, etc. Any materials which are Moh’s hardness below 7 and humidity within 6% of all kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials are suitable.

Raw materials less than 35 mm, enter  into the main engine through the feeding device; Under the action of centrifugal force, the high-speed rotating grinding rod is tightly rolled on the grinding ring, and the materials are lifted by the shovel to the grinding area formed by the grinding material and the grinding ring, and the materials are broken into powder under the action of grinding pressure; Under the action of the fan, the grinded materials are blown through the sorting machine, and passes through the analytical machine to meet the fineness requirements, and the analytical machine fails to meet the requirements and returns to the grinding chamber to continue grinding.
