VSI Sand Making Machine Working Principle

The material enters the hopper of the VSI sand making machine from the vibration feeder, and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor, is rapidly accelerated in the impeller, and then impacts together to the material lining in the vortex branch cavity, rebounds by the material lining, and impacts diagonally upward to the top of the vortex cavity, and then changes its direction of movement and deflected downward. The material emitted from the impeller runner forms a continuous material screen, so that a piece of material is broken by two or more impacts, friction and grinding in the eddy crushing chamber.
