Vertical Grinding Mill Product introduction

It has these abilities of crushing, drying, grinding, grading and conveying, and is widely used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic ore and slag .and focuses on the three major fields of non-metallic ore, pulverized coal and other materials such as River pebble, granite, basalt, quartzite, iron ore, diabase, limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, bentonite, water slag, steel slag, nickel slag, manganese slag, vanadium titanium slag grinding,feldspar,etc。
Vertical Grinding Mill Working Principle
The vertical grinding machine is mainly composed of grinding roller assembly, grinding disc assembly, hydraulic station, transmission arm assembly, powder separator, main reducer, motor, main reducer lubrication station, hydraulic station, PLC electric control cabinet and other parts.
When working.The materials fall in the middle of the grinding disc from the feeding port. When passing through the grinding roller area on the grinding disc, materials are rolled by the grinding roller, the large materials are directly crushed, and the fine material is extruded to form a material bed for intergranular crushing. The crushed materials continue to move to the edge of the mill until it is taken away by the strong air flow at the wind ring, and the larger granular materials fall back to the mill to continue to crush, and the fineness powder is carried by the the air flow and collected by the system's powder collector. When the debris such as the iron block mixed with the materials move to the edge of the mill plate with the material, it can not be blown by the wind due to its large weight, and falls to the lower chamber of the mill and is scraped into the slag discharge port by the scraper installed at the bottom of the mill plate.
Vertical Grinding Mill Features
1. The system of mill adopts integrated design and the system of mill has multiple functions of crushing, drying, grinding, grading and conveying, and it is compact layout and small footprint.
2. Improving economic efficiency. Using the principle of material bed grinding, the vertical mill directly rolls, kneades and grinds the material on the mill disc to reduce energy consumption; Hot air can be added to the system, and the hot air is in contact with the material directly, so the drying efficiency is improved, and not needing to configure drying equipment separately. There is a limited position device installed to avoid contact of the grinding roll and the grinding disc to reduce wear; The tire type roller sleeve is used , Roll sleeve can be turned over and the service life is doubled.
3.The grinding efficiency and selecting precision are greatly improved compared with the ball mill and the pendulu mill。The hydraulic system increases the grinding pressure, thus increasing the output and improving the grinding efficiency; The separator adopts cage type separator and cone rotor separator respectively, which has high precision of powder selection to meet the needs of different customers on site.
4.The system is reliable, with low dust and noise pollution. The whole mill works under seal and negative pressure, no dust overflow; and it is equipped a limit device to avoid damaging impact and vibration noise.Transmission system adopts planetary gear reducer and noise is loser.
