Micro Powder Mill Working Principle

 The broken materials below 10mm by crusher are sent to the middle of the upper turntable, the material is dispersed to the circumference of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring by crushing. After grinded in the first race way, the material goes to the second and third turnplate, and the the crushed powder are brought into the powder separator. Turbine in the separator makes the coarse powder drop down and regrinded , the fineness powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part of the cyclone powder collector as final product. At the same time, air current with a little dust goes out through blower and muffler after purified by filter.
