Vibrating Screen product introduction

YZS series circular vibrating screen adopts the current international mature design concept, suitable for heavy, medium and fine screening and other screening operations, widely used in mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical and other industries of product screening or grading. YZS circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, spring support group, support, vibrator, transmission device, motor, transmission device support and other components. With the spring as the supporting elastic element and the eccentric block exciter as the vibration source, the exciting force is generated by the rotation of the eccentric block to make the screen box produce circular reciprocating motion. The material continuously makes an approximate circular bouncing and tumbling movement on the inclined screen surface. Through repeated comparison with the screen hole, the material smaller than the size of the screen hole passes through the screen, and the material larger than the size of the screen hole is on the screen surface, thus completing the screening process.

Vibrating Screen working principle

The motor makes the exciter eccentric block rotate at a high speed through the triangle belt, which making the eccentric block produces a great centrifugal force ,then stimulate the screen box to produce a circular motion of amplitude, and the material on the screen is subjected to the impulse passed by the screen box on the inclined screen surface to produce a continuous throwing motion, and the particles smaller than the screen pass through the screen when the material meets the screen surface, so as to achieve classification.
